Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Appvora, a coaching institute management platform provided by Appvora Technologies ("Appvora", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the institute you represent.

1. The service

Appvora lets coaching institutes manage students, batches, courses, attendance, fees, exams and assignments, and staff access from a single dashboard, with optional paid plans that unlock additional capacity and custom branding.

2. Accounts and roles

Each institute is set up by an admin, who can invite teachers and grant students portal access. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Admins are responsible for the conduct of every teacher and student they invite into their institute's workspace.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Appvora offers a free plan and paid plans billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

4. Your data

Your institute retains ownership of all student, staff, and academic records you enter into Appvora. We process this data on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If your institute manages records for students who are minors, you confirm you have the necessary parental/guardian consent to store that information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another institute's data or accounts.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others or is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful.

6. Intellectual property

Appvora, its logo, and the underlying software are the property of Appvora Technologies. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the service normally.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Appvoraavailable and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Termination

You may stop using Appvoraat any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or where required by law. On termination, your right to access the service ends, though we'll retain your data for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy to allow for export or account recovery, unless legally required to delete it sooner.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appvora Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Appvora Technologies is registered.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify institute admins. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
