What the Service is — and isn't

TesterMandi helps Android developers find testers for Google Play closed testing, swap tests with other developers, organise their testing period and collect feedback. The Paid plan adds genuine testers, daily proof, feedback collection, testing reports and top listing visibility, provided by TesterMandi.

TesterMandi helps developers organize and participate in testing. Google Play production approval is determined solely by Google and cannot be guaranteed by TesterMandi.

TesterMandi is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Developers remain responsible for complying with Google Play policies.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Meaningful testing is the whole point of the Service. You agree not to:

• Create fake accounts, use bots, or otherwise simulate testers, installs or engagement.
• Ask testers to install an app without using it, or offer incentives for artificial participation.
• Upload or distribute apps that are malicious, infringe third-party rights, or violate Google Play policies or applicable law.
• Harass other developers or testers, or use their contact details for unrelated purposes.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Community swaps

Community testing is a reciprocal arrangement between developers. TesterMandi facilitates introductions and tracking but is not a party to swap agreements and does not guarantee that another developer will complete their side of a swap. Any future testing-credit system will be governed by additional terms published when it launches.

Paid plan

The Paid plan is described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. TesterMandi will use reasonable efforts to provide the stated number of genuine testers for the stated period, collect daily proof and feedback, deliver the testing report and give your listing the stated visibility.

The Paid plan does not include, and we do not promise, approval of your production access application, a specific review outcome from Google, or a particular quality or quantity of feedback. Timelines depend on tester availability and Google's processes.

Payments and refunds

The Paid plan is purchased inside the TesterMandi Android app. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and may change at any time before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms; we do not store your full payment card details.

Full-refund guarantee: if Google does not verify your app — that is, your application for production access is not approved — after the 14-day closed-testing period has been completed with the testers we provided, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you paid for that plan. Eligibility, how to claim and processing times are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you cancel before our testers have joined your closed test, we refund the amount paid in full. Once testers have joined, the plan runs for the full period and the full-refund guarantee above applies.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your app and the content you submit. You grant TesterMandi a limited licence to use that content solely to provide the Service (for example, showing your app name and opt-in link to testers). The TesterMandi name, logo, website and app are owned by TesterMandi and may not be used without permission. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that testers will find every defect in your app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TesterMandi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service becomes impractical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State], India, unless applicable law provides otherwise. [Confirm jurisdiction with your lawyer.]
