This Privacy Policy explains how TesterMandi ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use the TesterMandi website, the TesterMandi Android app and our support channels. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to coordinate testing and respond to you.

  • Contact details you share with us (name, email address, phone number) when you message us on WhatsApp, email us or use a contact form.
  • App details you provide, such as the app name, package name, Google Play closed-testing opt-in link and testing instructions.
  • Account information in the TesterMandi Android app, such as your display name, email address and profile details, when you sign in.
  • Testing activity, such as which apps you offered to test, swap arrangements and feedback you submit.
  • Technical information such as device model, Android version and app diagnostics, which helps testers describe issues and helps us keep the service reliable.
  • Purchase information when you buy the Paid plan, such as the transaction reference, amount and date. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Connect developers and testers and coordinate closed-testing campaigns.
  • Provide the Paid plan services you have purchased and keep you informed about progress.
  • Respond to support requests and questions.
  • Send service notifications, for example when a tester joins or submits feedback.
  • Improve the reliability, safety and quality of our services.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • With other developers and testers, to the extent needed for a swap or campaign — for example, your app name and opt-in link are visible to testers who join your test.
  • With service providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, analytics, email and payment providers, under agreements that restrict their use of your data.
  • With Google, indirectly, because closed testing takes place through Google Play; Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Google Play.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users or ourselves.

WhatsApp and other third-party services

WhatsApp is our primary support channel. When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (a Meta company) under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not share passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information in chat.

Our website links to Google Play. Downloading and using the app from Google Play is subject to Google's terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

Cookies and local storage

The website stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. This is not used for tracking. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records of completed campaigns and purchases, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time (see Your rights).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email examsolvingofficial@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

TesterMandi is intended for developers and testers aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the app.
