Frequently asked questions

TesterMandi is a platform for Android developers who need to complete Google Play closed testing. It helps you find testers, swap tests with other developers, organize your testing period, collect feedback and prepare for a production application.

Download the TesterMandi app, post your app with your Google Play opt-in link, and swap tests with developers who are looking for testers. If you would rather not coordinate testers yourself, the ₹999 Paid plan provides 12 genuine testers for 14 days.

For eligible newer Google Play personal developer accounts, Google may require a closed test with at least 12 testers continuously opted in for 14 days. TesterMandi targets 12+ testers so you have a margin if someone drops out. Always confirm the current requirement in your Play Console.

Plan for at least 14 consecutive days with testers continuously opted in. Google counts the continuous window, so a tester who leaves and rejoins can affect the timeline. TesterMandi helps you track days and participation so nothing slips.

You test another developer's app during their closed test and they test yours in return. Swaps are arranged through the TesterMandi app. A credit-based system to make swaps even fairer is planned for a future release.

Yes. Testers submit daily screenshot proof in the app and structured feedback: what they tried, which device they used and what went wrong. Meaningful feedback is the whole point of a closed test, so TesterMandi promotes real usage rather than passive installs.

The Paid plan costs ₹999 per app and includes 12 genuine, real testers for 14 days, daily proof submission, feedback collection, testing reports and top listing visibility so more users can discover your app. You buy it inside the TesterMandi Android app, and it comes with a full-refund guarantee if Google does not verify your app after the 14-day period.

You get a full refund. If you bought the Paid plan, completed the 14-day testing period with our testers, and Google did not approve your production access application, request a refund on WhatsApp or by email within 30 days of Google's decision with a screenshot of the Play Console decision. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. The full details are in our Refund Policy.

Yes. You can post more than one app on the Free plan, and the Paid plan is purchased per app, per closed test — so each app you want handled for you gets its own plan.
